Construction Manager – Data Center / Mission Critical
We are seeking a full-time employee to join the OVERWATCH tribe! The ideal candidate will provide “boots on the ground” reporting for large scale projects. leadership and management on large-scale data centers green and brown field projects.

Requirements:
- MUST have Data Center experience
- This role requires travel and housing in proximity to the project site during the work week (Travel and Expenses paid by OVERWATCH)
- 3-5 years of large-scale construction experience and/or complex projects involving multiple disciplines
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite (Primavera P6/MS Project a plus!)
- Vendor management (request for proposals, bidding, change orders) associated with construction and project execution
Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the construction project
- Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms
- Manage budgets and schedules
- Feasibility studies and cash flow management
- On site management of data center projects
- Interaction with power and fiber companies
- Executive level reporting
- Experience in commissioning of large-scale projects to include Construction project QA/QC
- Possess clear written and verbal communication skills
- Construction submittal review
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, and OSHA
- Recording and reporting key construction metrics to team members and management
- Specify/document performance and equipment requirements as well as create/maintain project documentation
- Ability to review electrical and mechanical designs associated with the construction of new data centers
